Psychology

Rebecca Evans is a Psychologist who provides a warm, grounded and non-judgmental space for clients to focus on their well-being and work through life’s challenges. After more than two decades in the corporate and not-for-profit sectors, Rebecca transitioned from a successful career in Marketing and Communications to Psychology, where she now supports people directly and helps them create meaningful and lasting change.

Rebecca works with adults, adolescents and children, supporting clients through a wide range of emotional, relational and life-stage challenges. When working with young people, she collaborates closely with families, schools and other professionals to foster consistency and shared understanding.

Her areas of focus include anxiety, depression, self-esteem, postnatal experiences, parenting stress, burnout, life transitions and career development. Rebecca uses an integrative, evidence-based approach informed by CBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, Schema Therapy and mindfulness-based strategies.

She also has an interest in supporting neurodivergent individuals—including those with ADHD, Autism and related experiences—using a strengths-affirming, person-centred approach that values each client’s unique way of thinking and being. Rebecca is available for public speaking engagements, as well as school and workplace presentations on mental health and well-being.

Outside the therapy room, she enjoys camping, Pilates, surfing and spending time with friends and family.
